Mr. Belfer is the Chairman of Dogfish Media, a New York based new media company and an attorney admitted in New York and Florida. Mr. Belfer also runs Belfer Realty and Development Co. and its affiliates, which develops, builds, and owns a wide variety of real estate projects in the metropolitan New York area, with expertise in senior living, residential apartment buildings, co-ops, condominiums and suburban office buildings.

Ken Grossman is a highly experienced investor specializing in companies emerging from restructurings. He served as President and Director of Signature Group Holdings, and currently serves as an independent director of Lehman Brothers Special Finance, Inc. Previously, Mr. Grossman was a Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at Del Mar Asset Management, where he managed distressed and special situations strategies, and Managing Director at Alpine Associates, LP, where he was responsible for managing distressed debt portfolios.
David L. Lee is a co-founder and managing general partner of Clarity Partners, a private equity firm that invests in communications, media and related technology companies. He co-founded the telecommunications firm Global Crossing and served as its president and chief operating officer. He chairs the Board of Trustees at Caltech and also chairs the Board of Overseers of the Keck School of Medicine at USC. Mr. Lee is a trustee of the J. Paul Getty Trust and was elected Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2016.
Barry A. Porter, along with T+ink Director David Lee, co-founded Clarity Partners, L.P. in 2000 and has served as a Managing General Partner of the partnership since then. Prior to Clarity Partners, Mr. Porter held senior executive positions at Global Crossing, a company he co-founded with Dr. Lee in 1997, and which rapidly became a leader in the international fiber optic telecommunications business. Before that, Mr. Porter was a Managing Director at Pacific Capital Group, and was a Senior Managing Director in the investment banking group of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.
Steve Shenfeld is President, Chief Investment Officer and founder of MidOcean Credit Partners (MCP), the credit arm of MidOcean Partners, which manages $3.2 billion. Prior to joining MCP, Mr. Shenfeld was a General Partner and Founder of MD Sass Macquarie Financial Strategies, an asset management private equity fund for MD Sass, and General Partner with Avenue Capital Group, a leading multi-billion investment firm where he invested in debt, capital structure arbitrage and special situations. Mr. Shenfeld was also a Managing Director for BancBoston Robertson Stephens, and Managing Director and Partner at Bankers Trust, where he ran Global Finance Sales & Trading.
