The tech team sits at the heart of our platform and makes it all hum. If you are looking for the kind of challenge you would get at Google or Facebook but want to be able to make the kind of difference you can only make at a much smaller startup, join us. Here are our current openings in the tech team:
Function as part of the R&D team to aid in design of new products through all stages of development, including:
Executing test procedures;
Executing and proposing test plans and procedures; and
Compiling and documenting test results.
Assist the product support in the field, including on-site installations and maintenance with occasional travel.
Lab maintenance, including ordering and stocking components, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Skills & Requirements
Electrical and mechanical assembly, including:
Hand and semi-automated soldering of all types of wiring and components;
Operating mechanical tools, such as band saws, 3D printers, drill presses, hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, files, utility knives, etc; and
Assembly of experimental, prototype, and production-level items, such as test fixtures, subsystems, demo units, finished product.
Familiarity with electronic testing and measurement equipment.
Basic electronic troubleshooting.
Experience following, documenting, and ideally creating test procedures for electronic components and systems.
Equally comfortable working independently or in a team environment.
Develop cutting-edge visual recognition libraries, and documentation in a fast-paced, fun environment
Liaise with our client developer community to help them integrate our SDK into their software. This includes the following:
- Develop sample applications to share with our clients
- Write documentation for other developers to be able to use sample applications and libraries
- Create a web site for the sample code and documentation for iOS to share with other developers
- Provide support to our client developers
- Test and evaluate visual pattern recognition solutions to determine optimal settings and configuration
Follow the agile development model
Be able to solve tough technical challenges in a fast-paced environment either working independently or working with other members of the development team
Communicate technical challenges and solutions clearly
Apply best practices for version control, coding style, and overall architecture for the given development environment and operating system
Provide operations support for the production solutions as needed
Support business initiatives in a timely and systematic fashion
Skills & Requirements
3 years of iOS development experience
1+ year of visual pattern recognition experience
Experience with version control best practices (Github preferred) and agile development
Clear and concise communication
Self-motivated to take ownership of projects and tasks and complete them with minimal supervision
Eagerness to do “whatever it takes” to help the team

We’re looking for a seasoned, high-energy, and driven Sales Account Executive with strong knowledge and experience of software as a service (SaaS) technology in the retail technology space.
We’re seeking someone with a background in SaaS or Enterprise Software sales in the retail sector with strong experience in B2B prospecting, lead qualification, and a proven track record of over-achieving quotas. Ideal candidates will be excited to join an early stage company that has already shown sales traction and increasing revenue trends.

In this role you will join a small team in a fast paced environment where you’ll tackle an endless volume of prospect opportunities. We’re looking for those that are passionate about customers, closing deals, technology and have strength in presenting business value.
We provide sales tools & resources along with a supportive team/environment with a monthly reoccurring revenue model where you’ll be immediately positioned for success. If you just want to sit on the golf course and sell a widget, we’re not the right place for you but if you want to have a substantial impact by helping not only define the sale but help our product roadmap, you may be agile enough for our environment.
Own, manage, and drive the full sales cycles from first contact through contract negotiation/close (some account management) while ensuring happy and referenceable customers.
Dig in and be hands on in learning the product and leverage your multi-channel presentation skills through product demonstrations both in person and via web-based presentations.
Achieve aggressive sales quota through identifying, qualifying, and closing business.
Maintain updated sales records and prospect status in our system.
Work closely with a the rest of the team in forecasting and allocating resources for new prospects requests & requirements.
Forecast sales activity, revenue achievement, and update activity/prospect status in weekly sales meeting.
5+ years experience selling software or technology solutions, services, or applications and account management expertise.
Strong background in selling new technology to retailers.
Strong experience building a pipeline, qualifying, and identifying deals you can close.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue goals with a minimum $1M quota.
Demonstrated strength in building and managing relationships along with presenting to a diverse audience from business champion, technical teams, to C-level executives.
Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle from prospect, demo, contract negotiation and through close of initial deals and renewals.
Successful experience selling into Fortune 100 companies.
Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM experience, and strong account management preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Sales Management systems, online tools (Google Hangout, Skype), MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
You communicate effectively both internally and externally and adjust to a diverse audience, including C-level executives, developers, Product Managers, etc.
BA/BS degree required.
